Divers be ready


Get ready; mentally. The season is on us and it starts fast with meets almost before we have enough practices to get your legs under you.

If you are reading this before we start I suggest you start with sit ups, push ups and running stairs. Try to get as much conditioning in as you can before the first practice. It is going to be a great year for Grandville. As in the past, much is expected of you as a contributing event for the team at meets, at conference and state.

I look forward to seeing last year returnees and this year newbies.
