Conference Bags

The community gift bags are used as incentive to those individual’s who make conference finals. This year, we expect 40 girls from our team to earn the opportunity to attend the conference finals meet. Keeping with our past tradition, we are asking community businesses and organizations to continue their support for this team by offering donations. There are so many items that would be appreciated, including:

• Power Bars or Granola Bars
• Gatorade / Powerade / Propel or other sports drinks / Bottled Water
• Coupons from Restaurants/Business
• Healthy Snack Items – Fruit, Yogo’s, individual cracker items, fruit snacks, Oatmeal Bars, Nabisco Snack Packs,
• Monetary Donations for items to purchase in the gift bags
• Large Promotional Bags to put the donations in for distribution to the girls
• Bag Tags
• Chap Stick, Lotion
• Deck of Cards
• Toiletry Items – sample shampoos, sample conditioners, deodorant, brushes, Razors, Shaving Cream, hair ties, nail polish, nail files
  

Maybe you have a great idea for a promotional item that would “shout approval” for the outstanding job these girls are doing. A list of all companies that donate will be provided in the bags showing our appreciation for this support. Thank you in advance for your efforts.
