Here's an itinerary for the next few days.

Thursday
3:00 - Visualization
3:30 - Practice
5:00 - Shave time
5:00 - Diving prelims start
5:30 - Pasta dinner (held outside of pool area)

Friday
2:20 - Swimmers released from school
2:30 - Bus leaves HS near pool entrance
3:00 - Meet Warm Ups
5:00 - Swimming Prelims

Saturday
9:00 - Conference breakfast for all athletes (at Studio V on Fairlanes in Grandville)
10:30 - Bus leaves from Studio V
11:00 - Meet Warm Ups
1:00 - Meet Start

While not everyone will come back to swim or dive again on Saturday, it is expected that they come to support the team (this includes swimmers who tapered for Grand Haven). Please show your support by wearing your Grandville Swimming and Diving Superfan t-shirts and cheering for every Grandville Swimmer or Diver in the water or on the boards (face paint is always encouraged). Be loud, be proud, be Bulldogs.

We're looking forward to a great weekend full of high energy and great swims! Wish your girls good luck and make sure they're doing everything they can to prepare to swim fast (and dive well) this weekend.
